Responsibilities
- Would then be assigned to your respective shopfloor team; with a buddy to help you get answers to your day-to-day questions.
- Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students over the phone, basis the knowledge and training imparted to you.
- Counseling will lead to forms filling for admission, and ultimately to admission in our partner colleges as per your assigned targets.
- Also, have direct access to the college SPOC as and when required and help in the admission conversion process.
- Would be expected to maintain daily MIS on the calls and walk-ins (if any).
Requirements
- Excellent listening skills + Excellent communications skills (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills, multilingual languages (where required).
- BPO/contact center background and sales experience.
- Comfortable with Daily – Weekly – Monthly sales targets.
- Should enjoy working in a core sale-driven environment.
- Self-starter and ability to execute high-velocity closures.
- Zero to 5 years of experience in telesales.
- Open to working any shifts (early morning, late afternoon, nights).
- Inherent ability to have engaging conversations.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Edu-Tech student counseling background will be a plus.
- Comfort and knowledge of Microsoft Office (for data management).
- More than 3 years of proper tech sales experience.
- Reporting to a Team Leader.
- Handing core sales calls (Outbound and Inbound).
- Working on both cold and warm leads.
- Pitching and selling courses/colleges/programs to potential learners.
