Responsibilities
- Obsess the journey of the parent at Openhouse
- Onboard parents and maintain strong relationships with them by frequently checking in, providing timely support and issue resolution quickly and effectively
- Understand the needs of parents and develop plans to address them
- Drive parent engagement and Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Track customer detractor behavior and problem solve
- Aim to preserve customers and renew their memberships
- Approach potential customers that walk in and establish relationships
- Own and drive key metrics that impacts the P/L of the learning hub
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in sales or customer service Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Ms office
- Ed-tech background and proficiency in Kannada would be a bonus
