Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for new and current telesales associates and develop individualized training plans for underperforming telesales executives.
- Nurture, train, and motivate salesforce for ensuring organizational targets
- Determine training needs by shadowing sales representatives; listening to calls; conferring with sales managers
- Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams
- Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance in a far fashion.
- Improve training techniques when need to meet the unique demands of certain accounts or the sales market at large.
- Meet financial objectives for various pieces of training.
- Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the sales environment.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of sales employees after training to ensure they are applying what they have learned
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure sales employees have the necessary knowledge of the organization’s products and services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the B2C/Healthtech industry.
- Strong knowledge of telesales techniques, technologies, and trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to deliver effective training programs.
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
