Opening for Training Manager for Leadng BSFI Firm

Location will be goregaon

1) Job Purpose:
To support the National Training Manager in design and execution of learning journeys for ABFL Operation
Team. Assisting in training delivery of various skill, compliance, and knowledge initiative for the operation
team, including delivering Functional Induction for new joinees. Additionally, managing the calendar,
compliance module, cross sell / upsell performance data processing and follow-up with
employees/managers for post program activities. Coordinating with external partners for timely delivery
and L&D process adherence, and the Lead / Zonal / Regional / Area manager for feedback and analysis
discussions on employee performance.

Business Context: ABFL is a unique business within ABC which has both Assets (lending funds to customers)
and Liabilities (accepting funds from customers) types of businesses.
The ABFL Operations team consist of 450 team members and expected to expand beyond 600 on roll
employees and simultaneous increase in off roll as well vendor & RPC staff. The team is engaged in
managing operation for ABFL lending and wealth products. Even as ABFL is pivoting to a retail orientation,
focusing more on digital and scorecard-based lending and digital wealth offerings, the significant and
strong Operation team is crucial to ABFL’s portfolio and book growth. The inherently complex / specialized
and critical nature of operation team role and highly regulated by RBI requires strong process knowledge
and RBI compliances. As such, the L&D activity for this employee cohort is high frequent and highly
demanding, involved, and structurally complex, sometime delivered with the help of an external
consultant. Aggressive expansion expected specially in lending business, no. of branches going up from
250 to 350 and workforce almost doubling in the same period. This will require Operation function to gear
up for expansion and skill upgrade along with knowledge of dynamic regulatory landscape.
