Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Teacher based in Rajkot. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the needs of each student with disabilities. Key tasks include planning lessons, delivering effective teaching methods, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a nurturing learning environment. The role also involves fostering communication skills and creating inclusive classrooms where middle school students can thrive socially and academically. Qualifications Proficiency in Special Education practices and working with students with diverse disabilities Experience in teaching and curriculum development for middle school learners Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Empathy, patience, and adaptability in working with learners of varying needs and abilities Relevant certifications or qualifications in Special Education, Teaching, or related fields Proven ability to create inclusive and engaging educational environments Familiarity with current teaching methodologies and educational tools
