Designation: Manager/Head Delivery

Location : Pune

And since you will need to anticipate any potential pitfalls that could pop up throughout the project, it is helpful to have basic instructional design skills, a general understanding of what is possible in the authoring tools you are using, and a working knowledge of the way LMS (Learning Management System) works.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize, coordinate, and create student-centric academic content based on ICT, design thinking, and STREAM framework
2. Provide expert insights and reviews to the team in creating ILT content using state of the art methods
3. Liaison between external and internal customers, making sure everyone stays on the same page
4. Research and evaluate new methodologies, technology tools, education policies and processes
5. Plan for timelines and set deadlines for projects and coordinate with the team for achievement

Skills and qualifications:

1. Prior experience of working in an educational / e-learning organization
2. Experience and exposure to K-12 level:
   1. Computer science fundamentals
   2. Graphic and web design
   3. 3D and 2D animation
   4. Robotics and electronics
   5. Game design and development
   6. Programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
   7. A keen eye for arts and aesthetics
3. Passionate about education and user-centric content development
4. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
