JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing all aspects of the “service delivery model” and for the successful completion of projects within the corporate environment. This position will act as the client representative and will focus on projects across the portfolio. This includes various real estate initiatives for clients including design management and planning, construction management, occupancy, and schedule creation and monitoring and budget management.
Responsible for managing a team of internal or external project management professionals in support of business unit initiatives and regional operating plans within the Corporate environment. The GM / DGM will coordinate the resources within the team to effectively deliver services and will ensure the appropriate interaction is taking place between the Project, Transactions and Facilities teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meet with project implementation teams to establish project requirements and schedules
* Monitor the overall project requirements to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
* Assemble, lead, and manage a team of internal and external professionals
* Enforce contractual requirements
* Monitor and maintain construction project program; serve as liaison between client and contractors.
* Inspect projects to ensure conformance with local and country codes and in accordance with contract.
* Ensure adherence to processes/workflows developed as part of the “service delivery model”.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external partner’s in order to deliver effective services
* Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data that will be tracked in accordance with contractual requirement.
* Track progress of projects against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets, and review the reports on status. Monitor expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget.
* Manage project team by providing direction and leadership.
* Facilitate client meetings regarding project matters.
* Work closely with other functional areas of the organization, project contractors, internal team members, external collaborators, customers and suppliers.
* Other duties may be assigned.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external partner’s in order to deliver effective services
* Monitor the overall performance of the team to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
* Assemble, lead, and manage a team of internal and external professionals
* Prepare and/or review project contracts
* Prepare and/or review project budgets and schedules
* Act as “content expert” for the team
* Ensure adherence to processes/workflows developed as part of the “service delivery model”
* Ensure timely cost-efficient implementation of real estate projects and solutions
Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data that will be tracked in accordance with contractual requirements
* Build relationships on a regional basis within CBRE
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING ABOVE) OF A SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
Responsible for the service delivery of the assigned projects.
Assist the Head of the Region in the following:
1. Manpower Planning and Hiring.
2. Business Development Planning and Projection.
3. Assessing and taking measures to meet Client’s expectations through constant interface with the Client.
4. Provide the senior management with a periodic update of the service delivery of the assigned projects and propose methods to strengthen the same in case of any deficiencies.
5. Fee payment recovery.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a work unit and/or group. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating direct reports. Assist in hiring, terminating, compensation, and performance evaluation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Engineering degree from recognized college or university and a minimum of 15+ years of related experience and /or training with Indian Armed Forces.
* Demonstrated management skills to deal with issues ranging from senior level to administrative.
* Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
* Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
* Must be available to work after hours and on weekends and travel as necessary
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to an internal department, large group of employees, clients, and/or management. Ability to motivate employees and client groups to take desired action.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
