Head – B2B University / Institutional Sales

The head of university relations sales is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with universities and other educational institutions. The main goal of this role is to promote the Blackbucks products and services to potential customers and influencers in the academic sector. The head of university relations sales will also oversee a team of account managers and coordinators who will execute the sales strategy and provide support to the partners.

Some of the key duties and responsibilities of the head of university relations sales are:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation with universities and other educational institutions
  • Negotiate and close contracts with partners and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and standards
  • Manage and grow existing accounts and relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver effective campaigns and solutions that meet the partners’ needs and expectations
  • Monitor and analyze the performance and feedback of the partners and the market trends
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the university relations sales team and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction
  • Work with universities to define requirements and help them adopt BLACKBUCKS to streamline operations and increase revenue.
  • Drive demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with users.
  • Improve the delivery of marketing content, assets, and training and increase collaboration and best practice sharing across products, sales, marketing and operations.
