TCSH (Back Office) is responsible to handle a varied range of duties i.e., from managing mailboxes to performing critical time-bound tasks.
- End to end ownership of enquiries received until resolved.
- Tracking, reporting & management of Test Centres enquiries through workflow tools ensuring all timeliness and quality targets are achieved.
- Direct and support Test Centres in managing Test Day Incidents & malpractice cases.
- Support the effective communication of general queries and complaints from test takers
- Liaise with Test Centres to support the best possible level of customer service to test taker
- Reporting of Test Taker queries and complaints to Central Operations as per agree formats.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate the timely resolution of any issues.
Requirement Skills
- Candidate should have good communication and written skills (grammatically strong)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Email communication would be preferred.
- Good analytical skills
