With our specific learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and compelling copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience, and craft copy that aligns with our brand’s tone of voice and messaging strategy.
• Conduct research to gain insights into our target audience, industry trends, and competitors, and incorporate these findings into your copy to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that the copy and visuals complement each other, resulting in cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
• Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines and grammar rules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting, and apply this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and sales teams, to understand product features and benefits and translate them into compelling copy that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize copy based on data and feedback to improve performance and drive better results.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a copywriter, preferably in an advertising agency, marketing firm, or in-house marketing team.
• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Ability to create engaging and persuasive copy that connects with the target audience and elicits desired actions.
• A portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating a range of writing styles and versatility.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Proficient research skills to gather information and insights about the target audience, industry trends, and competitors.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
