About the role:

Cuemath is embarking on an exciting project called Cuemath High, which aims to guide parents and enroll high school students in our innovative program. As a Sales Consultant in our Admissions team, your role is vital to the success of this project.

To excel in this position, a profound understanding of the high school academic systems in both the US and India is crucial. We are committed to providing comprehensive guidance to all our customers, and therefore, it is important for you to familiarize yourself with these academic systems. We will discuss them in detail during our one-on-one call as part of the assignment.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in over-the-phone sales, preferably with high-ticket products/services.
  • Mature and disciplined approach to work with an approachable and vibrant personality.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with strong comprehension and
  • articulation abilities.
  • The collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets
  • and deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM management and handling spreadsheets.
  • Preferred strong math background and understanding of math education at the K-12 level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling:
  1. Use a personalized and needs-based selling approach to consult and convert prospective customers into paid customers for Cuemath’s premium and personalized 9-12 math learning program.
  2. Understand the core learning needs of students through conversations with parents and align program offerings accordingly via phone, email, and text.
  3. Address customer objections in a consultative manner to successfully close sales.

  • Relationship Building:
  1. Build long-term relationships with prospective customers, going the extra mile to delight them.
  2. Generate references through existing customers to increase the sales pipeline.
  3. Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships between Cuemath and customers after onboarding.

  • Inside Sales Process:
  1. Adhere to the defined inside sales process, tools, and data management logic to ensure a high number of enrollments and minimum churn for assigned prospects.
  2. Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue and number of enrollments.

  • Customer Support and Query Resolution:
  1. Coordinate and resolve queries of customers and teacher partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
  2. Highlight and address customer issues through parent feedback, striving for effective resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
