Position Overview
Central Academy is always on the lookout for right-minded and talented individuals. While the number of open positions might be extremely limited, we remain open to considering the right candidates who align with our values and vision in any of the following segments:

  1. Nursery Trained Teachers (NTT)
  2. Primary Teacher (PRT)
  3. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
  4. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
  5. Subject Experts (Language, STEM, Computer Science, etc.)

Requirements

To be considered for any of the above positions, you must meet the following requirements:
  1. Possess a post-graduate degree along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) OR Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification.
  2. Have a strong command of your chosen subject.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and interact positively with students.
  4. Feel comfortable working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues.
  5. Proficiency in computer and web skills to leverage technology for teaching purposes.
  6. Have a good command of the English and Hindi languages (knowledge of a regional language is a plus!).
Experience
While prior teaching experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We encourage fresh graduates who are passionate about teaching and eager to learn and grow with the institute to apply.
