Job Description:

Conducting classroom and online training from A
to C levels in German Language

·        
Motivating Students and creating language
improvement strategies.

·        
Creating and publishing Training Calendar

·        
Publishing Assessment results.

·        
Conducting Pre-and-Post Training assessments for
the trainees.

·        
Design and customize training curriculum using
inputs from Operations & Quality.

·        
Drive Performance among the trainees to meet
targets.

·        
Ability to better training standards/methodology
and processes.

·        
Maintaining training track sheets for reporting
purpose.

·        
Proficient with MS Office.

Desired Profile:

Should have good knowledge of the German
language.

Ability to work as a German language trainer.

·        
Excellent verbal & written communication.

·        
Should have knowledge of the subject.

·        
Ability to develop successful implement academic
program.

·        
Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
