Job Description
The Roles & Responsibilities will include:
1. Welcome the new customers with an onboarding call/ first call email
2. Getting the classes scheduled after collaborating with a colleague and the team.
3. Work with CRM and other apps
4. Observe classes daily and give feedback to the mentors
5. Regular customer wellness check with a call
6. Send out report cards and certificates
7. Follow up with customers for session feedback NPS form
8. Customer issue resolution
9. Coordinate with the sales team and speak to customers for renewals
10. To keep a check on discontinued students(absenteeism).
