Miles Education is looking for the skilled and experienced US trainer to join our team as a BOP/ Call Center Trainer.
Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Graduate or Under Graduate with excellent spoken and written English.
· At least 1 year work experience in Soft Skills Training in a similar environment (preferably servicing US client based).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills and should have an ability to train language skills.
· Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities are required.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
· Feedback skills to inspire Agents to improve performance.
· Must have leadership, conflict management and problem-solving qualities.
