The Team

The Deloitte Technology Academy (DTA) will be a leading-edge, branded educational institute that develops new age digital skills, offering a comprehensive cross-business curriculum, blend of solutions, dedicated faculty, and strategic partnerships that differentiate Deloitte as the premier organization for technology skills development.When operating at full scale, we expect DTA to train tens of thousands of learners annually in critical technology skills including AI, Cloud, Cyber, custom development, and package technologies.

Work you’ll do

You will primarily be responsible for facilitating technical training sessions for one or more technology skills such as, Software Testing Basics, Testing Automation, Selenium Basics & Advanced, MDM Testing, BigData Testing, Cloud testing, Testing Automation with Python/Pyspark, and all other testing such as UI/Report, API, Net Suite, MS Dynamics, SPM & CPQ.

You should also have a good understanding of all related concepts such as

  • Software Engineering Development with focus on Quality Assurance testing and Automation Testing
  • Have a strong knowledge/understanding of test automation frameworks and focused on hands on automated testing
  • Non-functional, functional and unit test frameworks and relevant tools
  • Conversant in Agile methodology, JIRA concepts, Test Management Tool such as Bugzilla, ALM, Rally
  • Experience in design and development of Automation frameworks and Automation Testing Strategies.
  • Should be well versed with DataBase Testing such as DDL & DCL, DQL, DML and TCL commands
  • Conversant on API Testing Using SoapUI and API Testing Using PostMan
  • Experience with Selenium suite of Tools (Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid)
  • You will also need to support the curriculum team in content curation/development and curriculum design, etc.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of corporate training experience on Manual & Automation Testing skills
  • Technical degree or relevant work experience required
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end training experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all levels
  • Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, Java and Middleware Testing
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create curriculum around specific skills
  • Facilitation/Trainer Certifications
  • Market-recognized certifications for key/niche skills (as applicable)
  • Experience taking a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning solutions with measurable business results
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships across levels with a capacity for influence, collaboration, and consensus-building
  • Openness to Travel
  • ISTQB Certified
  • Experienced in explaining technical concepts to adult learners, and provide business-specific technical examples to make the learning relevant and practical as well as cover end-to-end scenarios from implementation standpoint
  • Be able to provide Demo’s in a way that would help the listeners grasp the concepts
  • Have the ability to co-relate the concepts with real time examples and bring in live project experiences
