Job description :

We are hiring a dedicated Trainer with strong communication skills to teach students for the subjects (Positions opened for OIT : Salesforce Developer) virtually. As a trainer, you will be expected to provide both group and one-on-one sessions to students across a range of skill levels.

Role: Freelancer – Online Salesforce Tutor

Mode: 100% Remote (Flexible timings)

Responsibilities:

Below are some of the responsibilities trainer is expected to assume in their position:

· Creating educational material and lesson plans in order to achieve target objectives based on established curriculum.

· Teaching one-on-one and group sessions, adapting teaching material, learning environment, and styles to match student ability.

· Grading assignments, as well as providing detailed feedback to students to provide guidance and track student’s progress.

· Conducting examinations in accordance with all exam guidelines.

Required Qualification:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in education.

· Detailed knowledge in developing and able to tutor students.

· 4+ years of experience in being a Salesforce Developer.

· Excellent subject knowledge in Salesforce

· Candidate must have a own laptop/PC with web camera, along with strong network connection.

· Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹250.00 – ₹500.00 per hour

Experience:

• Salesforce: 4 years (Preferred)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 4 years (Preferred)
