Responsibilities

Schedule batches of students.

Following up with students.

Maintain internal databases

Keep students records (physical and digital)

Answer and redirect phone calls

Counsel potential Students over a call to inform them about a product and help them in making better career decisions.

Regular follow up on leads assigned.

Selling courses over the phone

Calling the leads till the final conversion

Should have good convincing skills.
