Job Description
EduTechEx Global is an innovative educational technology-based company whose primary goal is to help K12, college and university students discover their passionate careers at an early age and train them through ingenious counselling and learning methods to be successful in the entrance and university application process. We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist whose role is to call students and parents and pitch about edutechex products and services and schedule counselling sessions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Calling Parents and Students to schedule counselling sessions
- Effective Counseling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services.
- Maintain communication with learners through various channels.
- Need to follow up leads regularly.
- Converting the leads as admissions.
- Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.
- Arranging Counseling sessions between Sr. Counselors and Parents, students..
- Organizing promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in all streams are preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or as an educational Counselor.
- Experience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an academic environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to follow scripts and align according to customers requirements.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Salary
- Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month based on experience
- Rs. 2,40,000 – Rs. 4,20,000 per annum
