Essential Qualifications : Master Degree in Science and Arts

Desirable Qualification and Experience

· Proven record of 5+ year experiences in training coordination and implementation

· Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools

Job Description

· Prepare annual and quarterly calendar, work plans and budget jointly with Executive Director and Program Area Directors for training and Capacity of Staff, Community and other Stakeholders.

· Coordinate the conduct of training programme in field sites and regional centres ensuring the accomplishment of results and deliverables of the trainings planned

· Coordinate the MSSRF ECAS Programme along with the teacher to develop the training calendar for school students

· Conceptualize innovative ideas for formulation of training programmes and develop project proposals for it; provide support in proposal development and fund mobilization both within and outside the foundation.

· Evaluation for training programmes organized /coordinated/facilitated

· Coordinate and prepare communication materials for the purpose of outreach related to the training

· Establish enduring networking and professional relationship with different key stakeholders/institutions towards programme development

· Ensure integration of gender related concepts in the training design and content development

· Ensure inter-programme collaboration and coordination to strengthen PAN MSSRF initiatives and create impact on ground synergistically through training and capacity building.

· Bringing out Training Manuals, films, documents, tool kits etc.

· Contribution to staff, programme and institutional development; Any other professional assignments including organizing events as given by the Director and Executive Director

· Formulating guidelines/systems and policies for setting up a robust Archive for the foundation

3. Upon selection candidates are expected to join duty immediately.
