• Manages a team of project managers with the end goal of flawless execution of projects.
• Manages resources for accurate and timely delivery of projects.
• Partners with Operations Manager and Sales teams to successfully manage the execution of projects.
• Partners with Account Management team and is go to for unique or complex studies.
• Works collaboratively with account management teams to meet the overall needs of the clients to ensure smooth implementation, timelines and project costs and provides consultative information on feasibility and data collection methodologies.
• Executes multiple research projects (8-10) from awarded to delivery partnering with account teams to ensure smooth implementation, timelines and project costs.
• Drives consistency and efficiency through the process and ongoing training and development of the team.
• Conducts quality control audits per SOP’s on key study elements and identifies and/or diagnoses issues for process improvement.
• Leads onboarding process and training of project management team.
• Manages performance and development of direct reports providing continuous feedback and career coaching.
• Identifies skills gap across team and creates training opportunities and develops action plans to remedy.
• Will provide both on the job and formal training sessions as part of development of direct reports.
