Roles and Responsibilities

• Train and empower Modicare consultants to conduct meetings on Beauty(UrbanColor, Shloka and Personal Care).
• Prepare and conduct Monthly Product and Training calendar in conjunction with ASM.
• Utilize the training infrastructure at Lifestyle Centers through self and consultant conducted trainings.
• Help organize and conduct seminars like Azadi Champions of Modicare.
• Resolve product and business-related queries received from consultant network.
• Work together with ASM and RH to achieve territories sales targets.
• 12-15 days travel
• Work with Training Head to create new training content.
