About the role:The Lead, Talent Acquisition is an important role for Ei because the person ensures we are able to build our team to achieve our growth journey from 10x to 100x.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, and helping people develop successful careers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Build a personal knowledge base about the company’s products & services, culture, and business to define the right target candidates for the right jobs. Drive sourcing and screening as per the requirements.
Build a pipeline of quality talent for all Ei needs. Create innovative recruitment strategies and continuously improve process to drive better outcomes/ hiring
Owner of the complete recruitment process including Automated Applicant system (ATS), success metrics & reporting and insights for improvement.Good to have:Masters/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management with around 4-6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. People in other functions interested in building a career in HR are also encouraged to apply.Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of ATS tool – Zoho Recruit, database management, internet search methods, and job portals
Good to have prior experience in Ed-Tech industry
