Are You Up To The Challenge?
As the Senior BI Developer, you will own the development, delivery and maintenance of all automated reporting. You will be the architect behind our BI data pipeline, and oversee the development of a unified set of dashboards which aid decision making across the company. From performance marketing, to game design and app store optimisation. Your dashboards impact everyone at Kwalee.
Your Team Mates
The Data Science team is central in developing the technology behind the growth and monetisation of our games. We are a cross functional team that consists of analysts, engineers and data scientists, and work closely with the larger engineering team to deliver products spanning our modern, cloud first, tech stack.
What Does The Job Actually Involve?
- Own the development and deployment of Kwalee’s BI systems
- Design, build, and refine data pipelines for large volumes of data using relational databases
- Develop highly effective, reliable Tableau dashboards
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand the business’s needs and translate them into high quality BI tools
- Make key hires to support you in your role
Your Hard Skills
- Expert in operating and building SQL databases
- Highly competent at developing optimised dashboards using Tableau
- Good knowledge of Python, ideally working on large projects
- Experience in manipulating and analysing complex data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in leading projects and/or a team
