Role:

The ideal candidate should have experience in training to help employees develop their skills and knowledge effectively and in creating/curating high-quality content and assessments. They would also work in close collaboration with other internal teams and stakeholders to identify key learning objectives and establish metrics for determining learning outcomes and participant performance. They must be good communicators with the ability to make technical or complex material exciting and engaging to diverse audiences.

Prof. Experience/Qualification Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/equivalent field
• Masters in behavioral science or equivalent (Good to have)
• Experience: (Total 6 – 17 years) 6- 8 years in training learners in the classroom/online/hybrid modes (Preferably with an IT/Tech firm)
• Experience in creating/curating/reviewing the content of high-quality
• Specialized skills/others:
• Experience with content curation processes and tools, working with LMS/LXP
• Solid knowledge and continuous learning of effective training techniques, and tools
• Leader and collaborator comfortable with making decisions & problem-solving Main Interfaces: Learners, Faculty, Delivery teams, HR/Onboarding team, External Vendors/Partners

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Data Structures and Algorithms
• Core Java including the basics, OOPs, and advanced concepts (java 8 to 18)
• Java Collections and Frameworks including Streams, Lambda Expressions, ArrayList, LinkedList,
• HashSet, TreeMap, etc
• Maven and Multithreading related concepts
• Web Essentials
• RESTful Web Services with Spring/Spring Boot & with GRPC
• Spring Cloud, Eureka, and Other equivalents
• Authentication & Security
• GraphQL based backend
• SQL (MySQL/PostGresSQL/Other) & NoSQL(Mongo/Other) Databases
• Redis & other caching databases
• OAuth 2.0 with projects on JSP and Hibernate
• Kafka with Spring Boot
