Purpose Of The Job

  • LEAD started in 2012 with a vision to provide disruptive ed-tech solutions for all stakeholders. Since then, LEAD has grown into a team of proficient individuals striving to transform education. In line with this vision and strategy, LEAD School is looking to hire a The AVP – Strategy play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission – He/she will directly work with business leaders and team to ensure that build operation excellence effectiveness and efficiency within the team.
  • We are looking for highly competent professionals who understand what it takes to ensure quality education and are excited by the idea of spending time at our partner schools.

Key Relationships

Reports to – Founder & CEO and one of the CXO

Other key relationships – All the key leaders of the company including Co-founder & Co-CEO, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, CFO, CHRO, Chief Product Officer, Strategy Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
  • Develop a robust corporate strategy and framework.
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
  • Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
  • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls.
  • Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters.
  • Help prepare the company’s Annual Report.

Ideal Experience

  • BE/ MBA from Tier 1 institute.
  • 4+ years in new B2B corporate strategy roles.
  • Significant experience in pan-India strategy & operation excellence and handling successful key projects with a volume, high quality operation excellence is required.
  • Excellent in skills like new sales strategy, Key account handling and building a long term relationship with the school.
  • Ready to travel across India.
  • Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills.
  • Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organized and efficient.
  • Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment.
  • Proficient with multiple technologies
