You are the ideal candidate if:
- Good technical knowledge
- Experience on troubleshooting Windows 8.1 & 10 operating environments
- Experience with Office365, MS Teams & VPN tools
- Good understanding of computer hardware fundamentals
- Excellent customer experience
- Identify and resolve barriers to achieve customer satisfaction
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail & ensure operational delivery with 0 errors.
