We are seeking a talented Revenue Optimization Manager to join our team at Spocket. As the Revenue Optimization Manager, your primary focus will be on pricing strategies, revenue optimization, churn reduction, and maximizing revenue growth. This role will have a significant impact on revenue generation and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through experimentation and innovative idea generation.
You’re excited about the role because you will:
– Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue, considering market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
– Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and customer insights.
– Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue drivers, customer behavior, and churn factors to identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align revenue optimization initiatives and implement pricing changes.
– Lead experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the impact of pricing changes, revenue models, and customer retention strategies.
– Utilize data-driven insights to develop and recommend revenue optimization strategies and initiatives.
– Monitor revenue performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for management on revenue growth and optimization efforts.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue optimization.
– Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to drive continuous improvement in revenue generation.
– Collaborate with the executive team and provide recommendations on revenue growth opportunities.

– You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product and revenue optimization, with a strong focus on pricing strategies and revenue growth.
– You have demonstrated success in increasing revenue through experimentation, innovative ideas, and revenue optimization techniques.
– You have accounting knowledge to leverage financial insights in revenue optimization strategies.
– You have proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
– You have strong knowledge of pricing methodologies, revenue optimization techniques, and customer churn reduction strategies.
– You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Education and Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/PG degree in business administration, Finance, Science, Maths or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or revenue optimization.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
– Great with Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data validation, conditional formatting, and other advanced features.
– Ability to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
