The Curriculum Development Managers help us achieve this mission by designing world-class curricula, assessments and lesson plans that meet the needs of affordable schools in all parts of India. We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in APSs. Responsibilities: Creating subject-specific, error-free books, lesson plans, audiovisual content and resources for use in schools with limited resources. Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning in LEAD partner schools. Creating content for at least 2 different subjects. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery of that content. Graduate degree in Engineering preferred for content development in Maths and Science, Bachelor of Arts (English) preferred for content development in English and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) preferred for content development in Social Studies. Specialization in Early Childhood Development is preferred for content development for pre-primary. Experience working with teachers from schools with limited resources is preferred.
