What you will do
You will collaborate and work with marketers across the globe
You will lead a team of writers, driven to think out-of-the-box
You will work closely with the Art, Insights, Marketing Business Partner, and Digital TeamsYou will write copy for campaigns in an omnichannel environment based on creative briefs for numerous products and solutions for customers with different needs
You will work on more than one campaign at once, often with tight deadlines
You will be a part of weekly reviews with the IMS leadership team on every piece of work produced, and monthly strategic reviews with the Marketing TeamIn our open and brave environment, you will have fun
Qualification and Experience . A bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, communication, public relations or journalism/marketing is not a must, but a very strong command over the English language is. Superior editorial judgment – An understanding of the structure of content, brevity and logic of multiple types of writing.
Ease and experience of working with senior leaders. Empathy, belief in the power of teamwork and the good intent of people. Presentation, writing, and storytelling skills to inspire both marketing and non-technical audiences.
Commercial awareness. Adeptness at research. An interest in popular culture, new trends and styles.
The ability to think visually, experience of working with different visual formats including video. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The resilience to accept constructive feedback on your work.
Attention to detail. 9 -12 years of relevant experience
