Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on serving as a teacher, mentor, critic, counselor, motivator, and sometimes a friend in the classroom

2. Working on establishing rules and routines

3. Creating a positive learning environment

4. Working on using appropriate disciplinary measures

5. Working on fostering students’ accountability

6. Working on encouraging students to learn new things

Who can apply:

1. Having good communication skills for teaching

Note: Each student has a particular personality and requirements of his own. Teachers have to constantly change their teaching methods to address their needs.
