Job Summary:
The Assistant Professor in Marketing is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, and providing academic leadership within the marketing department. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, the ability to engage students effectively, and a commitment to scholarly research. The Assistant Professor will contribute to curriculum development, supervise student projects, actively participate in departmental activities, and work towards achieving the goals and objectives of the academic institution.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Marketing.

Qualifications and Skills: A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Marketing or a closely related field. Demonstrated expertise in marketing theory, research, and practice. Research track record with publications in reputable marketing journals or conferences. Effective teaching skills with the ability to engage and inspire students. Knowledge of current trends and emerging issues in the marketing field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and industry professionals. Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to academic excellence. Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching methods is desirable. Grant writing and research funding acquisition experience is preferred. Membership in relevant professional organizations is an advantage.
Salary Hike – 20% hike on salary
Job location: Bangalore
Work from office – Monday – Saturday
