Responsibilities –
Implementation Manager
The position will include the following responsibilities:
1. Independently manage end to end implementation of Kreedo curriculum in 18 – 20 schools
assigned.
2. Visit each school monthly to observe and assess if schools are meeting the set parameters
3. Assist the teachers to identify areas of development and improvement
4. Write detailed observation reports based on the visits
5. Provide guidance to the school owners to successfully implement Kreedo Curriculum
Requirements (Redefined)
1. Any Graduation/Post-Graduation (Bachelor/Master degree in Education/ Early Childhood
Education/ Human Development will be an added advantage)
2. 0-3 years of experience in any field, preferably from service industry
3. Multilingual:
a. Should be fairly fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written)
b. Knowing local language is mandatory
4. Willing to travel
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Docs
7. Desire to build a career in Early Childhood Education Note: Exposure to young children in a
personal/professional capacity will also be an added advantage.

Experience: 0 – 3 Implementation Manager, K-12 Schools
Education: Any Graduation
Language Preference: English, Hindi & any Local Language (Hindi /Tamil / Telugu / Kannada)
