Role Details
In this role, you will be supporting in managing the PnL and drive key metrics across the customer lifecycle, including on-boarding, engagement and retention. As an important part of the digital team, you will help in crafting and executing the customer engagement & retention strategy. You will also be expected to shape the ‘Digital Business build’ and ‘Digital Transformation’ agenda to increase product adoption and usage across channels.
The responsibilities span across from developing product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy to execution of cross-channel campaigns.
Being a part of the growth team, you will work in close collaboration with all the key stakeholders in the bank–Product & Business team, Analytics team, Solutions Group, and Marketing team through multiple communication channels to aid in the achievement of defined campaign-specific objectives.
Job Description
- Complete P&L ownership- responsible for managing entire customer funnel
- Analyse user behaviour (heat map / click stream data / drop off data) and key business problems to identify opportunities
- Create business logics and plan campaigns for different customers segments
- Define and manage key business events for campaign targeting and retargeting
- Define campaign construct, including campaign mode (mobile push notification/email/SMS etc.)
- Track and optimize campaign performance to drive better conversions
- Track campaign wise conversions across segments & campaigns modes (campaign analysis, AB testing, funnel optimisation)
- Support in implementation of various other programmed & tactical D2C / internal campaigns for driving digital portfolio, and work with internal teams (e.g., Agency, Communication, Data Science Unit, IT Team etc.)
- Ability to drive large pilot projects, experiments and small tweaks with equal ease
Digital Portfolio Management
- Portfolio movement: Track, measure and improve key channel metrics (e.g., registrations, transactions, attrition) and business metrics (e.g., cross-sell, up-sell, revenue and fee income)
- Performance Management: Ensure timely internal and external reporting on the portfolio movement on a pre-defined cadence
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed B-School is preferable
- Start-up experience is preferable
- Experience of working on Moengage/Clevertap or similar marketing automation software will be an added advantage
- 4-8 years of experience of driving user engagement/retention for digital apps
- Growth hacker with a strong sense of ownership for work
