SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

He / She needs to be from corporate segment, ideally from digital ecosystem. Should have proven skills over 4-5 years of experience in, Concept sales – primarily Branded content, IPs, articles, Videos (key KPI) and others, plus display sales including PG Sales (Secondary KPI)

Category Knowledge | agency connects | direct client connects | PR connects – critical in hiring.

Self-Motivated, self-driven, accountability, responsible and has to be a strong team worker.

LOCATION- GURUGRAM, BANGALORE, MUMBAI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets, needs to plan and strategize market coverage plans in Delhi NCR market for revenues across key clients, relevant agency connects and PR set ups.
  • Focus categories – FMCG, Auto, Tech, Consumer Durables, and others
  • Drive key relationships for market – with clients and their agencies, with focus on developing & growing sales, with focused approaches around content driven strategies
  • Setting up go to market plans for the market, create strategies, key account management
  • Responsible for North Market
  • Shall be able to develop the business from new and existing client.
  • Hands on experience in Sales (corporate or Govt category)
  • Must have good communication skills.

Preferably from the digital background, if not radio shall also be considered.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills

Functional :

a) 4-5 years’ experience in digital media sales, preferably Display + Branded content experience, with exposure to all major clients, corporate agencies and PR agencies in the content side of business.

b) Strong Communication skills, Passionate, self-motivated and should be with strong desire to perform and achieve targets

c) Commitment and strong work ethics, with knowledge of content sales, its working, thinking and visualizing ability and should be good team worker 

Behavioral:

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

● Maintains composure under pressure. Good team player able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to direct ad sales, product & technical teams

Qualification & Experience:

●Qualification: MBA or PGDM
