Key Responsibility Areas.

• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
• Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on topics such as pharmacology, mental health nursing, and community health care practices.
• Keep abreast of developments in their field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences.
• Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
• Supervise students’ laboratory and clinical work.
• Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
• Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
• Supervise and support teaching assistants.
• Participate in departmental and college activities.
• Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
• Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress.
• Assist and support senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions.
• Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
• Effectively plan lectures in accordance with the university course outlines

As per INC guidelines in relevant discipline is mandatory.

Minimum 01 Years of Experience at level of is required
