Position Description : We are inviting applications from individuals with a proven track record for the positions of full-time Assistant /Associate/Professor in the School of Communication. While we welcome applicants from any area of Digital Marketing, we are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in Performance Marketing, Web analytics, Digital Creatives, Digital Transformation, e-commerce and Digital Businesses, Digital Campaign Planning, Social Media and Content management. The potential candidate may be expected to teach foundational/introductory as well as advanced level courses

Requirements and Responsibilities: Faculty responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. A Ph.D. (completed or nearing submission) is required at the time of application. Additionally, we expect that a successful applicant will:

1. Undertake independent high-quality research as well as work actively with existing members to build a strong interdisciplinary community of scholars who are committed to delivering cutting-edge research and innovation

2. Participate in curriculum development, student advising and service at department/school level. Experience in learning management systems (Blackboard, Moodle, etc) and advanced instructional technologies to improve both online and offline learning is highly desirable.

3. Demonstrated commitment to translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs and policies

4. Sustained commitment to the principles of social justice, inclusion and diversity.
