They manage communications with and between our territory businesses and our teaching providers, to ensure online classes meet Wall Street English International’s standards in quality and efficiency, and that our student experience is premium.The Global Online Admin Support develops strong relationships with our Territories and offshore Teaching partners that are built on trust and efficient and effective communication.What You Will Be Doing?Ongoing support to territory NSMs or equivalent inCommunication and management of student feedbackAdhoc requests for additional classesQueries around student attendance/grades/feedbackCommunication and management of class overbookingsCommunication of platform outages/maintenance/class cancellationsLiaison with offshore Teaching partners on:Rapid and accurate entry of student class resultsTeacher technology issues and consequent billing adjustmentsQuick resolution of any class upload issuesCollation of total monthly hours to ensure invoicing accuracyCreation of platform accounts for new TeachersSupporting the Global Online Center team through:Ongoing communication with Digital Classroom tech team to deliver timely feedback on platform outages/issues and ensure quality controlManagement of empty classes to maximise scheduling efficiencyWeekly calculation of hours offered to enable revenue forecastingMonthly preparation of billing reportsOccasional holiday coverage of territory communicationsYour ProfileMinimum requirements:Computer literateFluent in spoken and written English (Level 14 and above)Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on Students’ needs – including occasional weekends, evenings and holidaysIf you believe you can #GoFurther , we look forward to meeting you!
