Looking for Seasoned & enthusiastic professionals with the following skill set to join our team:

1. Facilitation and delivery of Training programs

2. Associate level Behavioral and soft skills trainings Communication skills, email etiquette, presentation skills, campus to corporate, time management, team building, interpersonal skills etc.

3. Basic level understanding on competency framework – Competencies at various levels

4. Basic understanding on skill development and capacity building strategies etc.

5. Leadership trainings on both Behavioral aspects as well as competency development – Leadership skills, Coaching & feedback, conflict resolution, performance management etc.

6. Content development – understanding on basic design elements, adult learning theories, fair knowledge of PPT and any other authoring tools, case studies, facilitators guide etc.

7. Data Analytics, Feedback mechanism, Measure of success, evaluation / assessment criteria, certification process etc.,
