Role Description We are looking for a Senior Associate – Training Operations Executive who could essentially coordinate the talent development programs and talent pool while supporting the team in enhancing the learning culture. You should be able to understand the talent strategy and help in the effective implementation of the initiatives. Responsibilities Maintaining the training calendar as conceived by the L&D team Maintaining the internal talent acquisition data pool and follow up with the recruitment team Work on talent branding training initiatives and talent engagement activities Developing Training related SOPs and reports Generation of periodical reports pertaining to talent acquisition, talent development and talent engagement Coordinating with teams to finalize list of audience for the various talent enhancement initiatives. Usage of internal tools related to recruitment, training, and question bank upload in case of assessments Enabling content in terms of verifying/proof-reading documents, editing video recording of sessions, maintaining document standards, adding design elements etc Maintaining documentation related to feedback and effectiveness of the initiatives Assist in effective implementation of all talent enhancement initiatives

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Master’s degree preferably in Human Resources Excellent Oral and Written Communication, Presentation Skills Proficiency in handling MS Office tools, Video Editing tools At least 1-2 years of experience in the training/administration domain. Capability to learn using internal tools Knowledge of e-Commerce domain Basic knowledge in design tools
