Position : Sr Manager / Assistant Director –Centre for Continuing Education

Report to : Sr Director Executive Education

Location : BML Campus ,Sidhrawali

The Assistant Director will lead a portfolio of high quality digital and in-person executive education programs in collaboration with faculty and the learning solutions and program delivery team. This position oversees a high volume of programs and ensures they are designed and implemented to support learning outcomes and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for agreed sales target for the period assigned
  2. Expansion of potential client base with significant annual training budget.
  3. Program budgeting and maintain the agreed revenue & profit generation
  4. Develop a thorough understanding of the ecosystem of resources available for Centre of Continuing Education. Leverage existing relationship with faculty and build new relationships with visiting faculty for learning content for CCE. Collaborate with industry partners for experiential learning content, guest lectures and workshops. In conversation with faculty and industry, conveys and thorough understanding of current and future trends in business.
  5. Implement unique, targeted, impactful learning solutions that address learner’s needs, accomplish agreed upon learning objectives
  6. Work with the program delivery team to ensure that both digital and in-person programs and learning content therein are delivered with consistently high standards of exceptional quality.
  7. Elevate and reinforce the brand and experience throughout the customer journey to ensure that all programs, including partnership initiatives, meet brand standards and business goals.
  8. Strong project management skills that are necessary for managing multiple programs and for any given program, identifying and managing interdependencies. These include working with faculty to schedule programs and communicating schedule and any subsequent changes to marketing and delivery functions.
  9. Collaborate with Finance and Administration to maintain all program budgets including faculty compensation, external service provider fees, specialized course material and/or resources and all other costs associated with the development and delivery of individual programs.

Qualification and Experience

  • MBA or other master’s degree
  • 8+ years ( Sr Manager) & 12+ years ( For Astt. Director) in institutional sales with corporate learning, executive education, online instruction, learner support areas
  • Basic budgeting skills and an understanding of business processes
  • Strong communication skills; excellent oral and written communication ability
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders including faculty and executives.
  • Strategic thinker and collaborative in nature
  • A go getter who will help close the sales
