Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts

Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

Create supporting material/media (presentations, audio, video, animations, simulations, role plays, games etc)Maintain project documentation and course folders

You’d fit in if you:BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar

Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard

Ability to come up with creative ways of explaining topics, subjects or theories

Superior Communications skills

Creative mindset always aiming to create unique and effective outputs

Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts

Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design model
