Qualification : B.com BBA & MBA M.com

Experience : 3 yrs – 9yrs

Responsibilities:

• Teaching introductory and upper-division management courses in the undergraduate program along with courses in the MBA program.
• Engaging in services to southwest Minnesota as part of SMSU’s commitment to the region.
• Participating fully in the activities and programs of SMSU’s Business, Innovation and Strategy Department and of the Management Program.

Requirements:

• Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Evidence of active research stream.
• Proven disposition towards community and university service.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
• An understanding of and appreciation for liberal education.
• Demonstrated ability/competence in instructional technology and on campus/online/hybrid teaching methods.
• Student-centered approach to education and a commitment to helping grow the management program.

• Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence in the discipline and specialization associated with the position.
• Clear evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Professional work experience in management or entrepreneurship outside academia.
