Salary- INR 6,00,000- INR 7,20,000 pa (plus incentives)

Basic Qualifications

Master with an advanced degree in a relevant field of Management

Post graduate with teaching/training experience would be preferable.

Candidate must have writing experience (must have written dissertations in their masters or PHD).

Who can apply?

3-5 year experience as a Trainer/Teacher, preferably in the education industry with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse talent and domains within the team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues

School teachers (including high school teachers) who have taught English would be considered too

Spoken English trainers and IELTS/TOEFL/PTE trainers could be a great fit

English teachers having worked with international schools or coaching institutes would be a great fit

Demonstrate strong and effective communication and public speaking skills, as well as composure under pressure and a professional attitude

Experience working with a globally distributed team to achieve shared objectives

Experience working with various internal teams (including technical) to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives, and develop processes and tools

Experience with project specification and reporting

Experiences in designing and delivering training.

Possess good analytical skills – detail-oriented.

Use of Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Ensure continuous improvement of learning methods.

Experience training researchers in academic writing like reports/essays/reflections- Preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Create training materials and elaborate development programs based on operational needs.

On-board and train new hires that will execute academic writing for international clients.

Deploy necessary training tools, create and update training documents and materials to make them available to new hires, implement process changes and ensure sites adoption of them.

Drive the execution of all learning-related audits, and assess the adherence to the process and the development of the new employees during each step of their onboarding journey.

Adapt training techniques to the profile of the trainee.

Keep a record of all training and present a periodic assessment of skills of new recruits.

Improve employees’ skills by using coaching and leadership’s techniques in order to ensure a high performance of new and existing employees.
