Core Responsibilities : P&L management of Contract Category, Channels Management, customer insight, Business enhancement, Stakeholder management, Scheme Management, Cost Analysis, Renewals drive.
Your responsibilities will include
- Responsible for delivering the Overall Contract Monthly Top Line Targets
- Scheme management & Payouts : Responsible to construct/approve/process the additional Incentive Schemes/CN for the Branches
- Managing Telemarketing agency : Driving AMCs through Telemarketing agency.
- Cost Management : As AMC is like an insurance business which involves cost of repair. Analyze the Monthly Cost sheet (Spares and Call Charges) to ensure right Costs are booked under Contract
- Value chain management Responsible for launching the New Contract Plans in all the platforms (Wstore – SP/TP, C4C, SAP).
- Maintain/Manage Wstore, C4C, SAP Plans
- AMC activation : Coordinate with the GFC Team to activate the contracts on time.
- Direct Payment : Monitor the Cheque deposition & activation
- Invoice Reconciliation and process
- Customer AMC refund : Evaluate the Refunds and process.
- Managing Marketing solution/customer communication.
- Team Connect to enhance business and bridge the gap between Field and AMC activation team
- Involved in System enhancement pertaining to contract business.
- MIS reporting : Releasing MIS reports pertaining to activation / Cheque bounced/Cleared/ pending cases reason.
Minimum requirements
Education (majors, minimum degree, etc.) : MBA
Language skills : English & Hindi
Past Experience : Minimum 3~5 years of experience in category management/Business.
Systems/Technical knowledge : MS Office/Google
Preferred skills and experiences – Experiences in Contract management/Appliance Insurance.
