Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a voice program. Should have worked in premium
contact center background - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team leader in an International BPO
- Graduate (from any educational field under 10+2+3 format).
- Thorough understanding of Operations Metric, People Practices (score calculation, parameters, ratings, Attrition
- Customer service oriented. Should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possess knowledge of Greenbelt, Lean, Scheduling etc.
