Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a leading Australian Education & Immigration Company, looking for
- To counsel students, right from entry requirements to shortlisting the universities based on the profile, guiding them right from the application till the visa process.
- To have sound knowledge of product.
- To ensure that the student is aware of the course and country offering it, in comparison to other countries.
- To Ensure that all MIO are conversions
- To meet delegates and upgrade on the changes in the university courses accreditations entry requirements scholarships available for students
- To ensure students are well informed of the fairs and attendance is maximum
- To keep the student informed of the various type of courses available, cost of living, fees, duration of the course, scholarships, entry requirements and other finance related matters like loans and financial statements.
- To assist students with the documentation process like SOP, Resume, academics transcripts for the
- application process
- To assist the students in the documentation process for filing a visa like unconditional offer, financial documents, accommodation, fee payment.
The candidate must be good in English & Hindi
Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality
Demonstrate strong commitment to high levels of professionalism and customer service
High level Speaking and listening skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate initiative in dealing with people in a variety of situations
Excellent time management skills, the ability to priorities workload and manage competing demands
Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure all work is accurate
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of administration services or a customer service environment
Commitment to teamwork and the ability to work independently
A strong work ethic, professional appearance and punctuality
Any Graduate with 0-5 years of Experience, preferably from BPO – Processing side.
Good Comm skills in English a Must.
Salary – Negotiable.
