Role Description:
Make cold calls to prospective students.
Handle the all-telephonic inquiries and Convert students over phone/in person to join the courses in Visual Effects (VFX) and ANIMATION.
Counsel prospects on courses suitable for them according to their requirement.
Follow up on a regular basis with all the leads and report to the respective Manager
Convert the Opportunities into Enrolments
Create and update records on the company’s Lead Management System portal, ensuring accuracy and validity of information on daily basis
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing & converting leads.
Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
Identifying references through the existing student data base to increase the admissions
Responsible for adherence of the inhouse admission tools and data management systems
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
Administrative works – Monthly follow up for fee collection from students & maintaining accurate records of the same and reporting it to the manager

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years preferably with the EdTech Industry
Software Skills: Proficient in MS-Office Applications and Admission management software
