• Overall IT experience of 5+ years – Experience in Genesys framework and exposure on genesys reporting
• Experience in Genesys SIP(Session initiation protocol) server development (at least one project executed to completion. Preferably voice)
• Experience in Genesys IRD/ORS application development
• Experience on Java/J2EE application development/deployment
• Experience in developing javascript code
• Experience deploying applications on jetty will be desirable
• Experience in using GIT
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings
• Strong knowledge of Contact Center Environment, Genesys CTI, Voice, eServices, Inbound and Outbound voice flows, WFM, Genesys Sip debugging
• Very good Communication skills, to be able to handle aggressive clientsRequired Experience – 4+Years’
