What you will do

  • Have good understanding of Product Lifecycle. Manage data for different product archetypes e.g. simple products, configurable products (coordinated hardware & software),software only products, services and solution!Carry out independent configuration audits or peer reviews on Products-level to verify the configuration item. Knowledge and experience in business processes around configuration. Candidates with good knowledge of “Pricing of Products in a Quote to Order”scenario would be preferred!
  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes such as Marketing, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain account management would be added advantage. An ability to think beyond assigned areas to come out with solution alternatives would be key to your success; “Problem solving attitude”, Analytical in approach but very much open to complete operational tasks
  • Experience in working in an environment to deliver team goals. Structured and meticulous in execution;“First Time Right” demeanor is a MUST.Be Open to learning various business process and new applications.Will be responsible for coordination and discussion with teams located across different geographical locations.

    • You will bring

  • Strong communicative skills, verbal and written. Exposure to Ericsson or any prior experience is a plus.Needs adequate freedom to act to resolve HOW to solve occurring issues.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role. Good at driving process and ensures effective working.Find opportunity to eliminate process redundancy.
  • Experience working in release management is an added advantage. Educational Qualification of bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Engineering subjects.
